OUTCLOCK game and operator
OUTCLOCK — the website, the browser game, and the Android app com.outclock.lol — is operated under the OUTCLOCK name; no separate incorporated entity or registered address is represented here. This notice covers the website and game. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests.
Game saves and accounts
Progress, scores, missions, tutorial status and preferences are stored on your device or browser. Advertising frequency and purchase recovery information may also be stored locally. The game does not require an OUTCLOCK account and does not provide OUTCLOCK cloud saves. Clearing storage or uninstalling can remove saves, subject to device backups; this does not delete store or service-provider records.
Mobile advertising
Free mobile play uses Google AdMob when enabled. Its SDK can collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device and advertising identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic or performance data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Processing depends on region, device, consent and configured partners.
The app requests consent information before requesting ads and displays a consent form when required by the configured consent service. Where available, use Settings → Ad privacy options to review your choices. Device advertising controls also apply. Declining personalized ads does not necessarily stop all ad-related processing. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s partner-app information.
Game purchases
Google Play handles Android payment and provides purchase information for entitlement and restoration. Apple handles this in iOS versions where purchasing is available. OUTCLOCK does not receive card details through native store billing. Store records follow the store’s policies. A full-game purchase removes AdMob banners and interstitials; in-world sponsorship placements remain.
In browser or Windows versions where game checkout is configured, the payment provider handles billing information. Purchase recovery secrets and access receipts are stored locally, while the purchase service retains purchase records and a hash of the recovery secret. Keep recovery codes private.
Network requests and host platforms
Configured sponsor lists and images are downloaded from their service and image hosts, which receive normal network request information. In versions embedded through Goama, the game sends loaded, pause/resume and eligible final-score events to the host, which may associate them with its own session. Consult the host’s privacy notice.
Website analytics and embedded content
The website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and usage. Google may process browser/device information, page URLs, referral information, interactions and cookie identifiers. Browser blocking and cookie controls may limit measurement. The trailer loads YouTube content when opened; its thumbnail is also requested from YouTube’s image service. Google’s privacy policy applies to those services.
Support, retention and regional details
When you email support, we receive your message, contact details and information you choose to provide. Local saves remain until cleared or replaced. Store transaction records follow store retention policies. We keep support messages, backend purchase records and security/abuse logs for up to 2 years from the last activity, then delete or anonymize them, unless a longer period is required for accounting, fraud prevention or a legal obligation. Do not send passwords, full recovery codes or card details.
OUTCLOCK is intended for a general audience of teens and adults (13+) and is not directed at children under 13; advertising is configured accordingly. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a regulator. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
Information used by the website
When you bid, the service receives your sponsor name, website, bid amount, submitted creative, and any receipt email you provide. Payment records include order references and status. Confirmed sponsor names, links, creative, and bid history may appear publicly on the board, in the game, and in the Hall of Fame.
Technical data and storage
The site uses browser local storage for sponsorship ownership and receipt access. The backend uses hashed identifiers for visitor counts and abuse prevention; infrastructure providers may also process network and request data. See Cookies & local storage.
Local previews and challenge results
Choosing a logo in the preview does not upload it. The bid form is separate and uploads the creative you submit. The mini-challenge runs locally. Sharing a result sends content only through the sharing method you choose; downloaded result cards are created in your browser.
Service providers
The backend uses Supabase for application data and storage. Dodo Payments provides hosted checkout. Submitted creatives are sent through the configured content-screening service. Those providers process data for their respective functions. Card entry occurs in hosted checkout, not in the landing-page bid form.
