Paid bids are final and non-refundable
OUTCLOCK does not offer voluntary refunds or cancellations after a sponsorship bid has been paid. This includes being outbid, changing your mind, or deciding you no longer want the placement, subject only to the mandatory exceptions below.
Understand the outbidding model
You are participating in competitive sponsorship bidding, not buying permanent ownership of an advertising surface. A higher confirmed bid can replace your placement at any time. Being outbid does not entitle you to a refund, even if your placement held the spot only briefly. No minimum display period, audience size, clicks, or sales are guaranteed. Confirmed bid history may remain in the Hall of Fame.
Before payment
You may close the bid form or leave checkout without completing payment. Previewing a logo or opening checkout does not reserve a spot. Review the live price, placement, creative, and these terms before paying.
Mandatory exceptions
This policy does not exclude refunds or remedies required by applicable law or the payment provider’s binding terms. It does not restrict rights to report unauthorized or incorrect charges, or other non-waivable rights.

Contact [email protected] with your payment reference and the issue. Do not send full card details or receipt access secrets. Contacting support does not itself grant a refund.
